Contrast. Well, not so much color-wise. This photo is a veritable rainbow of browns.
But there is a contrast in species. People told me that horses hate llamas, but by then it was too late. The llamas had moved in and the mutual admiration society was underway. (In this photo, Belle is greeting two Andalusian babies who came come to Infinity Farm for a sort of baby boot camp.)
What I have learned in these years of being the minority species on my farm, is that my animals all want to get along and they do a good job of it. That can seem like a contrast, especially after reading the news of the day.

WordPress Photo Challenge is a weekly prompt to share a photo- I enjoy twisting these macro prompts to share our micro life here on the Colorado prairie. My photos are taken with my phone.
No psych, definitely not high tech.
I really enjoy seeing the photos and thoughts that go with them. Thank you for taking the time to do this.
Thank you for saying so, Samantha. It is nice to know- because I love to do it. Thanks.
Great post! And yes, when we don’t go about believing what we’re told, it’s amazing what we find out huh. Love the pic. And as always, your way of describing you, and you wonderful farm. “Minority species.” Nice.
Thanks. The older I get the more I value listening, and listening to horses and llamas is always smarter than listening to humans on the topic of horses and llamas. This reminds me of something….
Smile.
I really like all the shades of brown. Nice post.
