Three photos of two horses. Power. Sweetness. Intelligence. The closer they get, the better. Siblings Nubè and Clara, Iberian Sporthorses.

WordPress Photo Challenge is a weekly prompt to share a photo- I enjoy twisting these macro prompts to share our micro life here on the Colorado prairie. My photos are taken with my phone, on my farm. No psych, definitely not high-tech.
Beautiful and so sweet. I will keep their image in my heart all day. Thank you
Same place I keep it, thanks.
Gorgeous – you made the most of this one Anna!
Thanks, Tina. These two make it easy.
Love.
Me too. Us crazy horse girls are that way.
I love the closeup shot – I can’t hold my phone still enough for such clarity so I am impressed!
Thanks Catherine. It was an accident, they are the ones who held still.
They are so sweet! Great pictures. What exactly is an Iberian Sporthorse? From Spain?
Susan, yes, kind of. Iberian refers to breeds from the Iberian Peninsula, the two most common Andalusian and Lusitano. Sporthorse is a type, not breed, designed for a sport, like dressage or jumping. The two together can refer to a horse cross-bred for a sport, meaning in my case, half Andalusian and Half Appendix (for dressage.) Any clearer??
Yes, much clearer. And I actually learned just last week from Wiola from @AspireAcademy that PRE is the term for Andalusian: Pura Rasa Espanola. That’s why I love all the horsey blogs! #alwayslearning Thank you!
