The mingling of moist breath,
the warm embrace of a curve,
the uncomplicated wholenessthat we covet. And the guilt
we earn when we destroy the
beauty we can’t rise up to meet.

(WordPress Photo Challenge is a weekly prompt to share a photo–I enjoy twisting these macro prompts to share our micro life here on the Colorado prairie. My photos are taken with my phone, on my farm. No psych, definitely not high tech.)
Love your picture today!! Take time to focus on what is important. How is Arthur doing? Still think he would make a wonderful main character for a children’s book. You are just the right person to put pen to paper. Thanks for sharing, Judy Ahrens

Thanks, Judith. Arthur is finally out of his cast. His leg is wobbly and weak, I worry that he will re-injure it, and he lives for the horses. So he gets to be with them again during the day…and I worry. And If I had as much time as I had ideas! Thank you.
I always look forward to your photoblogs and stories
….inspiring, heartwarming, always make my week.
Do you have another book on the way?
Thanks, Sharon. I’m working on a book of farm stories, rescue stories, and well, what this old gray mare thinks… Very slow going right now…but I have to work while the weather allows. Job one is always to buy hay. I have grown to love the photoblogs because I challenge myself to say more with fewer words. Thank you!
Lovely!
Thanks, Janet.
Beautiful photo and words, Anna. You did say a lot in a very few words. <3
Thanks, Jean. Hope you are recovered and having a great summer.
A picture can just as easily conjure up a thousand words…..
It’s true. And I never get tired of the view here. Thanks, Frances.
Charming shot, Anna.
Thank you, Stefano.
Awww!
Thanks, Brenda. They are siblings who remain very attached.
Unlike some siblings I know. 😉
Another relaxing EXHALE, brought to us by Anna’s PhotoBlog…Thank you so much!
Have to admit, kinda like the photo blog myself. Thanks, Lynell.
This is such a sweet photo.
Thank you, Cee. They are pretty sweet out of frame, too.
