People are always asking me how my horses like the cold weather and I usually say that they actually prefer the cold to hot weather. “Why is that ?”, they ask. ” No Bugs !” I reply.
Eggsactly! These are the only ones happy about it and they can’t take care of the whole barn.

Do those ducks really lay black eggs? If so, how cool! And how come I’ve never heard of them?
Cayuga ducks are irrediscent black/green/purple in the sun. By the end of the season, the eggs are green, but the first ones are black! Best eggs ever…
