In the Summer, we are Lovin’ a good foot soak. Longer daylight hours, more lessons taught and hot boots for toe safety, so at the end of day nothing eases like a foot soak. Belle usually beats me to it.
And yes, it is a stock tank, but the horses don’t seem to mind the flavored water.

WordPress Photo Challenge is a weekly prompt to share a photo- I enjoy twisting these macro prompts to share our micro life here on the Colorado prairie. My photos are taken with my phone, on my farm. No psych, definitely not high tech.
CUTE, CUTE!!!!!!!
Thanks!
Great photo — I live in Arizona and really appreciate any way to cool off.
I’ve been to Arizona. I am not sure there is ANY way to cool off this time of year! Thanks for commenting.
Who is Belle? You have a Llama (?) too? How does she get along with Grandfather Horse Edgar and the rest of the gang? Now I read back and I see you mentioned Llama and goats too. what was the piece on your dogs corgis? with attitude and no limits piece. how many total animals do you have and their names.
The Grandfather Horse and Belle are best friends, yes, we all get along. There are usually 20-25 here. Right now there are alot of elders and we are enjoying the summer.
keeping his feet cool, eh?
Llamas like getting sprayed with the hose too. They push in front of the horses and steal the water. Thanks for the comment.
