The Wild Texas Wind, aka Windy. Not a particularly unique name. She’s a chestnut mare, no shortage of those. She was a stay at home mom, the world is run by those. She came to live here late in life because she lost her home, a too common condition for horses. Windy survived several changes of ‘ownership’ and against the odds, found a forever home here. And yes, that’s even common for horses.
Windy is just one of the herd but still, there is only one heart just like hers.
